i workout 5 days a week mon-fri. schedule is fasted cardio every morning, mon- chest, tues-arms, wed-legs, thurs-shoulders, fri-back.
Was wondering if i could do mon, wed, fri high carb days, then tues thur sat sun no carb days. do you think that would work?
