Carb Cycling Diet--Please help!

Im hoping you guys can help me with my new diet.

I am starting a carb cycling diet and im reading a hundred different varions, im a little overwhelmed and not sure how to work this.

Female
5'3
128lbs
approx 20% bf

I train 5 days a week.

I'm not sure how I should calculate my daily calories to start. and whether or not I should be measuring off body weight, or lean body mass.

I'm also torn on the carbs cycle itself. which is better:

low day/high
low day/low day/high day

or something more like:
Moderate/low/high

No one? Im reading conflicting information on whether or not greens/veggies should or should not be eaten on the low carbs days. I would think no, but I have read both. Can anyone provide their experience/opinion on this?

I was also thinking about doing low/low/high. is this an effective cycle?
 
when i've done them in the past, done hi,med,low,low and repeat and adjust fats accordidng, so be low fat, med, hi, hi but keeping cals the same pretty much.
