hey whats up guys....well i got a friend who got another age drinking ticket(NOT a DUI) he was walking home drunk as hell and cops gave him another ticket.....he was wondering if it gonna jack his car insurance up? i kinda wondered the same.....or only DUI's jack up car insurance? thanx

won't effect it at all. your buddy just got a summons for possibly an open container or a possention by a minor ticket. I've had many of these in my high school days.

One time I had to stand in from of a judge with a ticket for a keg of beer. he was a real old judge and he laughed and said most people come in with open bottle tickets not kegs.
