Cap winnie gone wrong

i capped a gram of powder for myself and a 10 days later the caps grew this green shit. they went bad...i used some gnc's version of NO EXPLODE for the filler is that why it all crashed?

thats a very good possibility,why didn't you just cap the powder as it was. Thats what i do.
