cap-m-quik for flax?

I don't have a cap-m-quik so I have no idea what it even looks like, but can it be used for flax? Flax pills arn't worth shit and I find it hard to take flax unless I put it in my protien shake, but I feel like I should be taking more flax and don't want to up my protien intake. Would cap-m-quik work?

Have you considered Fish Oil caps in leau of flax?
