After 3 days of not lifting I feel like a dog locked in a cage going fucking crazy! Unless Im working 12 hour days or something like that, then the break is appreciated. I had the flu real bad for 6 days this winter. I couldnt eat anything, let alone lift. I lost 10 pounds, I was depressed big time over that one, let me tell you! I live to work out and eat, and when those things are taken from me, I question the meaning of earthly life!
