Who is manufacturing this supplement? I haven't even heard of it. Mag 10, 1-AD, yes..."one", no. Where is a site to look at it? How much will it cost? How come no one is answering these questions?

I am not certain. Might as well go with the 1-AD if you are in a hurry.

Call me stupid, but how the hell can 1-testosterone be legal to sell if it is already a steroid hormone. 1-AD is its precursor and like all other PH's needs to convert via enzymes, but 1-testosterone is a steroid, so doesn't the FDA have some rules on that shit? In any case what are the sides of 1-testosterone administered in large doses like what will now be possible? Also is 1-testosterone orally active?

It falls under the letter of the DSHEA and was never used as a pharmaceutical, so it is legal for now.

Sides would be expected to be similar to that of any other non-armomatising androgen.

It is not orally active.
