cant take it anymore!!Any suggestions?

EQ!! its killing me!on on a 15 week cycle of test e 600mg a week and eq for 15 weeks at 600mg and i can run more than 10min(jog) with out my calfs flaring up. I mean HUGE pumps till were i can barely walk. Then ill sit and get the blood out then run and it happens again. So im in week 5. I think im going to add deca at 450mg for weeks 5-15. Sound ok? I just cant go witj the calfs killing me...
 
Sounds good but why are you adding the Deca, if you don't mind me asking? Make sure you run the Test for 2-3 weeks after the Deca and EQ so they can have more time to leave your system before starting PCT.

deca is not going to solve your problem bro. sounds like you may need to up your potassium and water intake. also, when are you doing cardio? first thing in the am? or before/after workout?
 
just tough it out, the pumps aren't that bad, I'm on 600eq ew too. The pumps can be extreme at times, but thats good.

Not when you are trying to knock back a ten mile run they aren't. Pumps when doing your set of deads or curls are one thing, being on your feet for 1.5 hours with splitting calves is another kind of pain altogether. Potassium and try 2g of taurine per day. Switching out the eq for deca might be a way to go.
 
yea, stop using eq would be the 1st thing to do.. increased hunger was mainly all i got from eq anyway.. .

i do cardio in the after noon. Evertime i use eq it happens. No matter what i do. It gets bad to were my calves feels like rocks and i cant walk and have to sit for a couple minutes during a run...
