Cant stop cutting, even though Im cut.....

Does anyone else have this problem?

Its like, Im always "Cutting" even though I have already gotten down to the BF% I wanted to reach. I have my cutting diet...it works....then I think eating any other way will lead back to gaining or like Im bulking. I addicted to cutting, I like starving myself or something. Any thoughts?

Well....I hit 7%not long ago......THOUGHT i looked ggod.



Saw the pics again a couple of days ago, looked a LOT worse than I thought I did at the time.....

I was 192 at 7%

I'm now 219 at about 9ish and I look MUCH better

so now I should have fun...bulk up a bit, and then Cut down again as I like to do and be bigger the next time and look badder. I like that idea. But Is there a mindset to maintaining?

Well....maintaining is MUCH easier than getting there.....I will bulk to 13% or so and then solidify back to 9ish anf then bulk back up etc.....so that gives me about 8-10 pounds of room to gain/lose
 
What I like to do every time I cut, i snot cut for too long. Only maybe 3 weeks at a time. Then, I have a week or so at maintenance or around there then start upping it again a little, always eating clean. That way, I can lose like 1.5" or so cutting, then introduce back some carbs, gain some water and about an inch back on my waist along with 5lbs, though I look just as tight since my muscle are full again. That way, I stay about an inch leaner than when I started but i haven't been dieting hardcore or anything for a very longtime so my metabolism bounces back very quickly and it is easy to stay lean. Just up the calories again slowly.
 
I was aroung 6-7'ish this summer. At around 200. now im 212 and around 8-9 and i look MUCH better...except all this gawd damn hair everywhere. Im not trying to cut, but ive been trying out the blood type diet. And the shit is kicking in big time.
