Can't sleep....

Second week of cycle (omna/sten/deca) and can't sleep, I am usually up until 5am:o
what can i do to fix this??
 
I couldn't sleep for a few days starting on dbol. Even after a long day and intense workout, I just couldnt fall asleep. After a while my body adjusted. Used to use melatonin like candy, but its very addictive with repetitive use. I only use it now to help re-align my sleep schedule since I work a midnight shift. A little booze often helps me calm down enough to hit the sack... just a bit on a friday night is great.
 
ghb bro or some renutrient if they make it anymore, always knocked me out, and it promotes growth hormone
 
Im with JC I still have a few bottles of renutrient left, that stuff puts me out. Try spank'n it, you'll sleep like a baby.
 
melatonin, stop eca early in the day, stop all coffee, ephedrines, etc., benadyl works for me!
 
Go to your doctor & get a prescription for some Trazodone..Thats what I take at night.It is non addictive
& pretty cheap..

I've had stuff like ambien & xanax which works very well
but it is very habit forming & you will build up a tolerance
after just a few nights of taking it..Plus a doc will only
prescribe like 15 pills at a time....
 
I borrow a half of an ambien from my wife. It fucks me up for a little while which is cool then I sleep like a baby. Wake up wide open.
 
I have been an insomniac for as long as I can remember. I've tried a lot of stuff, here is a breakdown:

OTC sleeping aids like unisom didn't work well and left me groggy in the morning.

A bong hit helps in getting to sleep, but doesn't last all night.

Ambien is the best "drug" for sleep I have tried, but it can be addictive if used all the time.

Melatonin is better than OTC stuff and not as good as ambien. It leaves me slightly hung over if I take 3 mg., I have bitten the pill in half without feeling groggy in the morning.

By far the best aid I have used is St. John's Wort. I take all 3 caps before bed and sleep well with no hangover. It is a mild herb and totally non addictive. I love the stuff. I buy it at Trader Joe's, don't know if you have TJ's where you are.

It is true that busting a nut will help. So does exercise. Reading before bed also helps me.

In conclusion, try the St. John's Wort first.
 
"DAMN": Anyone heard of VALARIAN ROOT....its what the make valium out of. You can find it at any GNC. or local nutrition store. Works great. Has no sides like unisom, which tends to make some people feel like crap the next day...
 
Fellow Canadian, I ordered some melatonin online from http://www.kilosports.com . It seems to be real. They might be willing to fake the packaging (put a creatine label on) to ensure it gets thru customs.

It's real cheap. Actually mine got thrown in free with a large order of creatine and other goods.

All in all though I think Valerian Root is stronger and maybe less of a hangover. Available in any drug store. I also liked a product called Relax and Sleep by one of the major supp companies - Valerian + some other herbal sleep stuff mixed in (catnip was one of them!).
