I'm brand new to this site, and I've been reading a lot of threads. The closest I've got to AAS was when I did a few cycles of 1-AD a few years ago.
I really liked the results from that stuff, but I've gotta say.......some juice is sounding real good. I've been working out on and off (mostly on) since I was fifteen and I'm now 30. I recently took a couple of years off, but I'm back in the swing now. Here's the thing, I know how big I can get naturally....I rarely lack intensity in the gym......I can adhere to any type of diet quite easily and consistantly......I want more! I feel like I'm just burnin up good cartlidge without a little chemical "help". I have really enjoyed reading the "newbie" threads. I've learned a lot from those, and I get a kick out of seeing the more experienced folks try to sway the rookies from jumping into the mix too quickly. It reminds me of watching my big brother eat a big, delicious piece of cake and having him look at me and say....."chomp, chomp, man this is REALLY good...chomp, chomp, but you don't want any....yum, yum, chomp, chomp.......it'll just make you fat. So after all that, here's my question to the vets. If you could go back to the time that you first used, what would you do differently?

I'm hardly a vet but I would of researched more and thought harder about what I wanted to achieve. And also make sure all my gear was here AND THAT SOME ASS HOLE SCAMMER (CHASE152) HADN'T RIPPED ME OFF:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:.

Anyway, wish I researched more and had all my gear.
 
i would have ran my cycle longer. I ran 6 weeks omna and gained 15lbs lsot about 5lbs. Still a great cycle for wat i knew abotu AAS then

I also did pretty well with the prohormone junk…. I am only on my second REAL cycle ever
( I am 36). But…… If I could go back, I would recover all the money I spent on supplements that promised results obtainable only by using the real deal!

I plan to do two 12-week cycles per year.

I have gained more weight this year than I did the 3 years previous!

Gear is great! Use it wisely. Research a ton. Talk and listen to the good bros here!

When you are ready…. Get all your gear for the whole cycle including anti- e’s, HCG, pins ETC. Then hit it hard!
