I've been lifting for about 7 years, and chest has always been my weakest spot. I've done the whole 3 set x 10 rep thing, 5 set x 6 rep thing.. and nothing has worked. I think I've also tried every single excercise.
Point is: What can I do to make it grow? Any superstar routines out there? Special types of training I can try .. or SOMETHING!?!
