Can't gain weight after a cut???

Finished a cut 4 weeks ago. Im 43, 5'7", and was 205lbs 15% b/f......got to 182lbs at no more than 10% b/f....was at 2050 cals a day (in retrospect that was too low) for the last
3 weeks or so.......anyway, I gradually increased my cals /carbs and cut down the cardio......no weight gain.....ended up tripling my carbs and increasing cals by 1300-1500 a day....added pasta/bread back into my diet.....still not gained any weight back.....my appetite is through the roof, and energy levels are good. WTF is going on?

How long has it been? You're a freak of nature if you haven't gained weight over 3-4 weeks.
