Cant decide??????

I am going to take my first cycle coming up soon of test. I cannot decide on whether to go ahead and jump right in and take 2cc's which i think is 500mgs? or just do like 300mg. The reason i cannot decide is because i do not want it to be too noticeble, like coaches wondering if im taking steroids? Also how much could i gain if i do a cycle of 500mg for 4 weeks? Thanks a lot!
 
ditto,besides the type you run will not have even gotten started kicking in good.Do more homework...lots!

4 weeks of test will get you very little. How old are you? I'm assuming you're pretty young. I'd make sure your diet and training are perfect before jumping into steroids.

Besides, if your diet and training aren't in check...steroids aren't going to do much for you anyways.
 
IMO and what seems to be the general consensus around here...go as low as possible at first (if not 250/week then maybe 500 every 10 days)
as for the gains, so many factors come into play that are actually more important than the amount of gear (to an extent) that it's impossible to say (diet being the first to come to mind)

Not true. 4 weeks of ED or Eod injections of either Prop or Sust will produce very noticeable gains.
 
I did/am doing 500mg/sust a week (2 shots a week). I've put on 25lbs in 7 weeks. Stuff didn't kick until week 3-4. Still have 3 more weeks, and I leveled cals at 2750 to 3000 to lean out. I only wanted to do 250mg/wk, but people talked me up to 500mg. Now if I had it to do all over, I would frontload at 1gram for week one, then run the cycle for 8 weeks at 500mg/wk for time to come. But for now, I am done w/ bulking.


On the coaches comment, I hope your not talking college sports...if so you need to look into test prop or something fast acting.

Talk to Manny78 about short cycles...he's posted a few results.

thanks guys, what do u mean by when it kicks in like during the 3rd or 4th week? Is that when u just start gaining? Or do u just gain the muscle all the sudden?
 
With test you frequently do not start seeing results for 3-4 weeks, which is why some front load and some something like d-bol to kick start gains. Like many others have sugested, more impotant than aas, diet and traing. AAS are not magic, you have to have the basics.

"kicking in" refers to when the strength gains become noticeable. It marks the beginning of constant and consistent strength gains. I might be adding 5 lbs every week or two in benching. Week 4 hit, and I started adding 10lbs per week.

Don't worry, it'll happen and you'll be like "AWESOME!!!"...then you'll know....
