Cannot sleep need HELP!!!!

I have insomnia. I am taking the NYC stack and it is fucking with my sleep. I think I slept a total of 2 hours last night. I get up at 5am every morning so I try to get to sleep by 11:30. Well last night I went to bed and I knew I was not going to be able to sleep because of the NYC so I took a sleeping pill. Nothing happened so I took 2 more, nothing happened so I took another one. I did that two more times and I never even got tired. I just tossed and turned all night. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does anyone know of a over the counter sleeping pill that will not leave me all sluggish in the morning. Today I feel like shit, I feel sick to my stomach, I am shaking and I can hardly keep my eyes open. I feel so bad I think I am going to leave work early. Please help I need to sleep tonight. It have had about a total of 6 hours of sleep in the last three nights.

Oh, just to let you know, incase this has anythign to do with my insomnia, I am also taking fina and test but I never experience insomnia on that until I started cutting with the NYC stack.

I never take it past 4pm but it is so strong it just stays with me way into the early morning hours. I am fucming hurting rigth now. I think I might have taken to many sleeping pills to counter effect the NYC. I know this can not be good for me. Please if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Xanax is not over the counter? I am not going to stop taking it because I am starting to look much better. I did lower the dosage today to see if tha to would help.
 
Stop taking NYC after 12:00/noon. If you can't get to sleep... don't screw with it. Give yourself a good 10-12 hours for it to clear your system before you try to sleep.

The NYC may also be contributing to your inability to produce melatonin - light related. What I mean by this is you may need absolute dark now in order to get to sleep. No outside street light at all. Cover your windows completely and sleep in pitch dark... no small lights from clocks or radios.

No, it's not and you would have to have one liberal thinking doctor to give it to you for insomnia, although it works great for it...it's normally given for panic attacks, agoraphobia, anxiety (not generalized).

You could try Melatonin pills.
 
Supplemets:

1. Inositol 10g at night
2. 5-HTP: 200mg+B-6+1200mg Magnesium
3. Melatonin: 3-20mg night

Drugs: moderate

1. Valium: 50mg
2. Xanax: 1-2mg
3. Trazadone: 150-250mg
4. Amitriptylline: 25-50mg

Hard Drugs:

1. Ambien: 10-20mg
2. Versed(The strongest I have ever tried)

Versed(7.5-15mg) will knock you out even after taking 500mg caffeine.

Take several Valerian Root capsules about 30 min before you go to sleep. It is a natural herb and it works very well on me.
 
Ambien is a good choice and doctors presribe it a lot more easily than harsh stuff like Valium. Ambien produces no hang-over the next day and it´s not very addictivce. Xanax, Valium and Versed are very addictive and will make you feel hung over in the morning.
 
Are you taking bromo with youre fina? I just broke off my cycle in the fina part because of insomnia and extreme fatigue.My cough also was so bad I got a script for antibiotcs but nothing worked till I finally stopped the fina and bromo.I dont if I screwed up the filtering or am just one of those people that was not able to make the adjustment.You never mentioned night sweats but mine were very extreme. Youre insomnia will drive you into the ground and set you up to possibly get sick.It took me one week from my last fina shot before i could sleep again an am trying to salvage the last of my cycle with prop and winny. If it gets to rough dont be afraid to stop tha fina because you are going to still have a rough week after you stop. The old VET saying of listen to youre body applies very strongly here an I would not wish the suffering I went thru on my worst enemy. Im still digging up information that I missed on my pre cycle planning as I want to know where my mistakes are.Its a rough come down so good luck bro and dont be as hard headed as I was because it hurt bad.FINA is some serious shit...billyd

Fonz: wondering what the rationalization is in reference of the "hard drugs" to "moderate drugs." Ambien isn't a hard drug, at least compared to xanax and 50mg of Valium.

IMO, safest sleep aid is you know what....:havoc: :D
 
i took some GNC preventative sleep formla pills last night. they actually worked pretty well. they got 5-HTP/Kava Kava/Melatonin. one pill =2mg melatonin, 90mg (50%) kava, 50mg griffonia seed (20% 5-HTP or 10mg 5-HTP). 5-HTP knocks me down hard, i took it in the mornings before (as well as paxil). and kava always worked for me with valerian. melatonin never did much for me. but this combo seems to work. i'll try it again tonight to see if it was a fluke. :D i am waiting on some xanax and valium myself if it doesn't get snagged (probably will since it is actually for a real life problem this time of anxiety). usually don't have too much of a problem sleeping unless i take Ephedrine/caffeine past 2:00 (i go to bed at about 1:00). if you get about 10 hours or so inbetween.....you should be able to stay on the NYC. or else just take a big dose in the morning and leave it alone for 12 hours. that will work too. also some AAS keep me up if taken at bedtime.
 
Unisom sleep GELS....these knock you out and don't leave you sluggish in the morning.

Other than that, some GHB would do you justice. That is, if you can find it.
 
If you have to take it after 4pm then weed is the answer you are looking for.
 
I have never had a problem with Ambien, that shit is awesome!! too bad my insurers limit me to 10pills per month!!! :mad: :mad:
 
Have had the problem

I'm a colllege student and last year I got hit with Insomnia and anxitiy so bad I had to leave school. For me Ambien would just knock me out for 2-3 hours and then I would be awake. Sonota was the next drug I was prescribed and it didn't so anything. I have a good general doctor and he wasn't sure of the next move so I got refered to a psychologist and he prescribed me Klonopin and Dalmain which are 2 serious drugs. They brought me out of a situation where I thought I was never going to sleep again. I know they have their sides but to me at the time the sleep was well worth it. I only take them now when it is needed but they definitly helped me. Insomnia is the one weakness I have in the world, but man it really can fuck with me. Smoking weed also helped, and not to preach but you should honestly try praying, it has always works for me, god will take care of you just be patient.Best of luck.
