I've done a few low end cycles in the past, I haven't done anything for around 3 years now, and looking to do another cycle, I'm sitting at 220lb at 16% and 5'11, Yes my BF is higher, winter months... (Canada) but my diet is good, just cardio lacks this time of the year.

So looking at everything now a days, and I feel like a newbie. and i'm sure someone will rip on me, but I'm look for a cycle to bulk and of course drop fat. I would love to end up at about 200-210lb. and 8-10%.

1-4 d-bol
1-12 week test enthate 500 mgs
8-14 winny,
with PROVIRON in there to help with sides etc...

or EQ in place of Test enthate..?


Post cycle, thoughts seem to be different, back in the day,,, I ran Nova after... I wish I had the time to look this stuff up like i use to, but life is too busy now.

So pull this cycle a part, tell me what you think, I have some good mass now, want to bump it up a bit, and harden up.

I agree with keeping the Test and you may also want to run the Winney a couple weeks sooner so it ends with the Test also. Nova should be fine for this cycle if you already have it.
 
So.
1-4 30mg or 40mg d-bol
1-12 week test enthate 500 mgs
6-12 50mg winny,/day oral
13-14 40mg nova/day
14-16 20mg nova/day

with PROVIRON in there to help with sides etc
and milkthistle for the old liver.
anything else??
 
It looks good to me except you need to remember to wait 10 days after your last injection of Test E to start your PCT. I always like to run HCG at 250iu 2x per week during my longer cycles. AIFM as suggested above also would be a great addition.

Also, a buddy of mine is talking about doing a cycle.
1-6 dbol 40mg.
3-12 injection winny 50mg every other day,
ending with Nova....

thoughts?

My thought is that it is a bad cycle due to the fact no Test is being used in it.
