Other than that I'm pretty pumped in the gym...my strength has gone up and my recovery time (soreness) has decreased..i feel great...i even got lil veins poppin out of my chest which has never happened before..

and i'm only on the beginin of week two on this cycle so hopefully things get better here in the next few weeks
