So im going to be running out of my protein powder soon. I am cutting and im looking to get some more protein. I really would like a cheap protein, but i can spend whatever amount of money. I just want the best bang for the buck.
What do you suggest that is available in Canada of buying? No online ordering or junk like that.
I have gone through Optimum Nutritions Whey Protein (loved it, a bit pricey) and i'm just finishing Xtreme Power Whey Complex by BioX (it was decent, still a bit pricey).
I just want one that is a good bang for the buck, and tastes GOOD in Water. Any suggestions?
