I know you work hard, and you have a great figure. (I also saw your before pics so know you worked your ass off.) Could you post your diet?

I know CC has been having some issues with her diet and her metabolism is through the roof.

Her diet is probably unrealistic for any of the other girls on this forum to follow.

I know. I was just curious about her lifestyle changes since her transformation. She eats a LOT of calorie dense foods - PB, etc. I'm just curious. Out of all the women here, she's shared very little of her training, so I'm just being nosy. :D

haha no problem, hell I'd like to know what she eats too...
 
I don't post my diet on purpose.. because its not realisi to really expect anyone else to truly follow it and still see results..

I will.. but if i do.. and anyone write anything negative in the thread .. Can i have shadows promise that he will delete the thread?
 
My skin would go nuts w/ that amount of PB.

Honestly, I get gassy from too many nuts or PB. (sorry for the detail)
 
I don't mind being criticized.. but i get so much flack already for the way i eat in my daily life that i actually try not to eat half the shit i eat in front of ppl just so i dont have to hear it..

That's actually why i haven't posted a thread about food intack previously...

Go ahead huney post up a log for yourself, and ladies there's no reason for anyone to be negative with her.

I wish I could eat the amount of peanut butter you do I love the stuff.... :qt:

Why would people post negative things?

Criticism maybe, that is to be expected. Esp considering the issues you have been having - you should welcome criticism. We all need an extra eye or two on our diets - it often is hard to see the forest through the trees.
 
ther ppl know what im talking about.. critcism is fine.. but a whopper combo with poutine and a family size cholcate bar and 2litres of ice cream.. for example.. will not hurt me the same way it might someone else..it's scary.. but true

Everyone is unique and not one diet is good for everyone. I read everyone's diets, but don't necessarliy follow them because I know my body is different and responds differently. I don't think people should criticize you or your diet, your body is amazing and has obviously responded quite well to your diet.

Let's also remember that these logs are for ourselves primarily. I started posting a journal for 2005 to keep myself honest & accountable, track my stuff, keep notes, and post pix for progress comparison. The comments & feedback are even better. But I'm not looking for people to replicate what I"m doing at all.

I just want to live vicariously through your diet. :D If you can eat ice cream and chocolate bars all day, then let me know so I can PRETEND I'm you for a couple of secs.

I look at a chocolate and I gain fat in my ass. :D Let me live the fantasy.
 
This is not meant to be a flame, but let me say what I am thinking..... :)

We all know you have a lot of trouble gaining and maintaining weight. Much of this is due to some medical conditions - treated and untreated.

Due to your genetics and possibly your medical conditions, your metabolism is very fast. Which then allows to you eat foods most people cannot - without fat gain.

This seems great.

But, in reality, I think you might have better luck if you try cleaning up your diet. Fast food, we all know is not healthy. Just because you *can" eat with - without fat gain repercussions, does not mean you should. This goes along with sweets - ice cream, candy, etc.

I know most so-called "bad foods" are calorically dense - which is good if you are trying to gain weight. But they are also very nutritionally void. Your body CANNOT use them effectively. So you may be getting a good amt of calories, but they are not GOOD calories. Calories your body can USE to make it bigger, healthier, stronger.

I seriously think you should look into CLEAN BULKING foods.

Just my 2 cents, for what it is worth.

I have gone over her diet with her...she used that as an example of how fast her mat is...she eats a lot of healty fats and proteins and a moderate amount of carbs

Seriously, I know it may not be the "norm" - but EVERY diet/training log on here is helpful. People deal with issues of all kinds. Yours is not like the others- but that is good.

It is hard to fight your genetics. It is not easy to lose fat OR gaim muscle. You never know WHO your experience may touch and make them feel understood and helped.

Hmmm

If she's going to be honest she should add the tubs of chocolate fronsting.

And LMAO at her meauring ice cream or peanut butter intake in grams instead of by litres.;)


She actually has a pretty good core diet, and workouts intensely. But she aslos consumes entire fields worth of sugar on a daily basis;)

what do you think? Will her metabolism eventually slow down ala Christina Aguilera? Daisy Girl thinks she should clean up the diet and it might be benificial to her health problems.

I think someone like Shadow and most of the rest of you is far better qualified to speak on the topic. Im essentially a "just tell me what I need to do" kind of guy when it comes to anything health related.

But I do wonder how much of some of her other difficulties are exacerbated by the sugar intake. If it wasnt for the fact that she has such difficulty just maintaining her current weight level even with all the junk calories, I would probably encourage her more as a friend to cut some of it out. But this girl drops 5lbs walking up the steps, and thats after scaling back her cardio considerably. So my non educated opinion is to do whatever she can to maintain.
