If you don't like the standard of living in Quebec(health care, etc), ask for a posting in Alberta. The health care system here is second to none. If you came out here, you could be a redneck cop... there's nothing better.

Yeah, the guy's a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I believe he went through Depot(RCMP training)sometime in 2001. The RCMP Act is a piece of Federal legislation that governs their members conduct, on and off duty. I was being sarcastic when I mentioned treason to Manny a few posts back... just busting his chops about being a horse-cop and all.
