I still do and I have been on and off of several cycles. First goal when off is to maintain though. Then once recovered gain slowly. Anavar is so mild you definately can gain still after if everything is in order.
Sorry, bro, but this question sounds idiotic. You make it sound as though if a person's not doing gear, it's impossible to make gains. If you lift hard and eat right, you're going to make gains. AS just enhances this or speeds it up.

I realize, that they speed it up, I was just wondering how good people were gaining while they got off. Sorry if it annoyed anyone or seemed like an idiotic question.

Bud, it's all good. ALL gains are predicated on nutrition, workouts, sleep. Not always in that order. Everyone is different. But think about how many natural guys out there really do well for themselves... It almost sounds like you weren't making gains before the gear. If that's the case, then you might want to take a step back, and evaluate the basic principles of training and see where you're not hittin' the nail on the head.
I took 100 pills of ttokkyo labs oxandrolon (anavar) by itself, as an experiment. 4 weeks. I definitely gained strength in all aspects of weightlifting. Everything from squats to military press went up. nothing dramatic but it definitely worked. I "may have" gained five pounds of muscle. I have well above average genetics. I have read that when paired with deca, it is incredible because it is so mild on its own. I hope that helps. You got nay info on the anavar - deca stack?
Of course natural lifters can make gains but you guys have to remember that as you progress to and above your "natural boundaries" with AAS, you will probably not gain any significant amount of mass. In fact, you probably won't even be able to maintain what you gained w/o juice.
Also take into consideration the time it is going to take for your test levels to return to normal, which is at least a couple of months. Forget about any gains during that time period too.
