Weed will have no effect if you can get past the laziness.. Oh and yes, I saw someone saying that is raises estrogen.. That is correct. Be careful because it could raise your risk of getting GYNO while on cycle.
In short, yes you can. I did in college and it REALLY helped me eat enough to pack on the pounds. Helps with sleep too. Actually ALOT of the gym rats kept a bag around. Be smart and dont overdo it and you should be fine.
I smoke after everyworkout, helps me soo much! And for that matter I think its probablly the best feeling I ever have after snappin at the gym riding all stress then a nice burn right after yer done...
With that said I agreee w. Wat swamp said don't overdo it, it'll become more of a liability than nething n not enjoyment
It raises estrogen for sure. When I was on cycle my left nip would bother me after smoking...be careful if cutting you might burn and eat a tray of brownies
I never have a problem, and I smoke everyday.... Helps my nerves if I am running a heavy Tren cycle. I don't smoke before workouts cause it just keeps me from getting in the right mindset. Again thats ME. Some guys prefer to smoke before workouts. Smoking in general isn't good for your health period, but Ive have never noticed any estrogen effects, everyone's different. I wouldn't and don't worry about it at all.... shit a year ago if this post came up everyone was down to smoke.... shows how little Ive been on elite and how many new people are here.
