Can you see a urologist for low test issues?

On behalf of a friend:

I think my test levels may be low, and I'd like to see a doctor to confirm and to discuss whether I would be a good candidate for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I can't find an endocrinologist in my area that takes insurance, but there are several urologists who are listed as specializing in impotence and infertility. Does anyone know if urologists prescribe TRT? If not, please let me know if you have any other suggestions. I think this is a real medical issue, so I'd like to find someone who will take my insurance.

Thanks!

no most anti aging docs around here do not take ins. it would be a good one if you find one.
but he is right anti aging doc would be best to review labs and prescribe bio identical but also urologist can write script for test based on symptoms of low testosterone then test is covered. most of them do not run blood levels for test though.
