Well, this is the last week. I started carb depleting today, and it will last until Tuesday. I've got everything written on paper in terms of what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, etc, everything is measured to the cup
Fuck it, why not, I figure if I put the extra time in preparing everything, making lists, checking them 3, 4, 5 times, and getting everything ready for Saturday, its got to pay off in a big way. Wish me luck, I wont be posting anymore because I plan to feel like shit the next few days from the lack of carbs, and not to mention I'll be busy posing, shaving, pro-tanning, blah, blah.
PS: I plan to have my last tanning session tomorrow at the salon because I heard that tanning makes you hold water; true?
