Can you overeat while being on?

This is my first cycle, so I'm not sure how my body will react to the gear and my calorie intake...but I've been told that I should increase my daily intake by 20%. I've also been told that you can eat like a horse while being on and stay lean.

My goal is to gain as much weight as possible, but stay pretty lean. I eat good all day long and recently started adding a double cheeseburger from a fast-food rest. for a little extra calories because it's so hard to eat the amount of calories I need and be clean all the time...I appreciate any feedback.
 
sure you can overdo eating while on a cycle-thats why you should have a plan,and make sure your diet is clean,no jelly rolls,cake-etc!

Best thing to do regards eating is to not over fill yourself but stay comfortably full by eating regular meals (every 2.5 - 3 hours) this keeps your metabolism burning and in my experience its the best way to add LBM with minimal fat gain

Staying lean while on is over rated. Try to get as big and as strong as you can then when you have enough muscle "it's cut down time baby". Eat everything you can get your hands on, just making sure you get in enough protein. 2 gr per pound of bodyweight will do.
 
Depends on your goals. Seen Priest off-season? If you look at him and say that doesn't look too bad, then no it is not possible to eat too much while on.
 
Of course you can take in too many calories while on. When you take in too many calories you raise your bodyfat. What do you do then? You diet right? What happens when you diet? You loose muscle.
 
You can certainly overeat, bt it;s lamost impossible to take in too much protein, and that's what makes the gear work. And as I've said before, they're growth drugs, so using steroids while cutting calories is not the optimum way to use them.
 
The best thing to do would be to eat as much protein as you can, keep fats and carbs at an adequate level. You need carbs alot to give you the energy you will be needing to have hard workouts, but you don't want to overkill and eat a huge amount of carbs each day, b/c then you get fat. Carbs pull in water to your body which is a good thing, but if you have to many carbs you will be holding way too much water and will feel fat.

nelson, lets say during a cycle I am downing 500 grams of protein. Post cycle im sure my body wont be able to use that much, would you then lower your protein intake while you are off?
 
Everything requires a balance. Increase your cal intake, and see how it works in a week or two. If you are not gaining enough, than add 200 to 400 more cal, if you are gaining too much BF than decrease the cal intake. It is all a matter of your goals. The beauty of the gear is that your body response to changes is almost instantaneous (you can see results in 1 week) thus it is very easy to monitor.

I just started a cycle about a week ago, and have gained 7lb. I am still playing w/ my diet.

It's not a matter of using all 500 grams. YOu never use all the protein you eat. It's a matter of having suffient nitrogen available to stay in a maxium anabolic state.

Yes, since nitrogen retention is reduced when "off" it's unnecessary to eat that much protein, ezpecially since t would be very difficult to consume on a daily basis without overeating.
