This is my first cycle, so I'm not sure how my body will react to the gear and my calorie intake...but I've been told that I should increase my daily intake by 20%. I've also been told that you can eat like a horse while being on and stay lean.
My goal is to gain as much weight as possible, but stay pretty lean. I eat good all day long and recently started adding a double cheeseburger from a fast-food rest. for a little extra calories because it's so hard to eat the amount of calories I need and be clean all the time...I appreciate any feedback.
