Can you have fruit on keto

I am doing at keto CKD diet. obviously I know you're not supposed to have fruit for it to be a real keto diet. However the farm down my street is in season with berries and I would like to eat some of these for their antioxidants. Would I be best just eating them for one day and then going back on keto or do I need to avoid them completely

If you eat fruits its not a keto diet
keto diet is 0 carbs hommie

Avocado, raspberries, and lemons are keto-friendly fruits when eaten in moderation. Fruit is known to be high in carbs, so you might think nature's candy is off-limits on the trendy high-fat, low-carb ketogenic diet.

Easy answer is no. But if you count your macros correctly and you test your urine to see when you are and are not in keto it is possible to eat small amounts of fruit while staying in Ketosis. I can average about 25 to 30 carbs a day and stay in keto, but this is still such a minimal amount that the amount of fruit you can actually eat is more of a tease.
