I'm a fairly large guy, so I can easily drink 2 gallons of water/day
heck - I woke up extra thirsty (around 3am) , - grabbed a gallon of H2O and by 4:30 it was gone - I feel the bloat for about 10min, then the H2O leaves my stomach and goes and does it's job - I know it's said all the time, but adequate water consumption is SOOOOOOOO important to almost every bodily function.
