Hmmm.....well I agree that diet is key to achieving the ripped look and training likewise, but there is also an individual respons to different AS that also is a factor to regard.
Some people may get very bloated of certain AS and I know that I can't take either Test, Fina or Deca if I want to get that ripped look - they simply bloat the hell out of me! Now, a couple of weeks ago I was in excellent shape; lean and defined. I then started a light Test/Deca cycle and kept the same diet and training regime that had gotten me into this shape. One week later I was still defined but had that kind of "soft" look on my body and my face got all puffy - not good!
Needless to say, I changed to Winstrol and Permasteron and am currently waiting for the bloat to dissapear.
My point is only that you should take into consideration what different AS does to you depending on what you want to achieve.
