I am on prop/tren..

never got bad lower back pumps before...but, man i sure am now....Is that right?? anyone else.

if your talking about a pump in your lower back after a workout, all you have to do is back extensions, use some weight and do a few sets, there you go. Just be careful and don't overstrain your back.

I remember the first time I got it, but I don't remember it being "bad" painful. It was painful but not overly so. You might want to talk to someone with more experience on it. You may have just hit some weak muscles really hard without realizing it....see what other say

...hah, thats exactly what i was thinking... but i was directing it to the prop injection pain...
when you realy get a "good" lower back pump.. it makes all the test p inj. pain seem to disappear :p

Yes you can for sure get back pumps from prop and tren. Be a little more careful in your form and they'll go away. BUt yeah, they can get REALLY painful sometimes, imagine 50mg of dbol daily and what THAT could do to you...OUCH!

I don't know if people are getting that the lower back PUMP is not due to straining your back or training with bad form. How much more pumped is your chest(or anyting) during and after workouts when "on" any test, tren, dbol...... I can't even hold my phone to my ear for more than 2 min. without having to switch hands b/c my bicep is so pumped. That doesn't mean that I'm doing bb curls the wrong way!!!

Yeah but when people use improper form, they tend to flex their lower back, use it to compensate. So their lower back is getting a lot of work and therefore getting a severe pump, ya know? So keeping proper form in most exercises will make your lower back flex and relax less so I would think he'd get less of a severe pump.

Basically what I'm saying is that these guys get a lower back pump when they AREN'T working their lower back, using proper form should get rid of that. :)

the only 2 exercises i ever get a lower back pump on are deads and squats... i dont do hypers... my form is spot on... :artist:
at work i get them the worst actualy, as im in a "bad" bent over position when i clean the edges of the carpets manualy.. at least i have a nice machine that takes care of the middle that saves my back on that...
i agree that some do need to work on form... but the "painful" pump can be achieved in any bodypart, and the lower back it seems to be achieved much easier. :coffee:
