U u418936 New member Feb 23, 2008 #1 I need to deload for awhile. For bench, I was thinking of doing speed sets for two weeks. I haven't done much speed work, and I'd be doing 50% of my 1RM for sets of three, so I don't think it'll be too taxing. Anyone have an opinion on this?
