i tried and got denied in manhattan and brooklyn. easiest is to order them online, they come in discreet pkg and no one will know anything. only prob i had with getpinz was a few years back when their site got hacked and the hackers started spamming everyone but other than that no probs

You can get Insulin needles. 1CC, 1Iinch. Does the job if you're really in need. It's like 30 cents a needle I think. You can only buy 10 at a time. But they don't care if you show up the next day and get another 10.

Yah theres a needle exchange where you can exchange your needles for new ones and also get a card to have them legally if pulled over. Its for drug users like heoin, so they have clean needles so less HIV spreading. My friend use to shoot ketamine and got the card to have pinz and also exchanges pinz too.
