Can you avoid Gyno all together by removing the mammory gland?

I had surgery on them already and never had a problem luck or not?

If the gland is removed you cannot get gyno. From what I've heard most operations for gyno just cut out the swollen breast tissue and not the entire gland. If you had gyno surgury before and just had some tissue cut out, you can still get gyno again.
