I figured this to be the best place to ask. How do ectomorphs/hardgainers burn calories faster than meso and endomorphs? I'm not bitching that I'm an ecto, I can stay lean no matter what I eat. But what makes us burn cals quicker? Less efficient energy pathways that result in needing more energy than normal to function properly? Stomach acids dissolve food more quickly so it all passes before all of the nutrients and minerals can be absorbed? I'm just stumped. Even if you just have a guess go ahead and throw it out there. Those were my main ideas.
