Can we tell fakes like this?

For instance lets say i have four TT decas. The box has the seal around it and has never been opened to our knowledge. You know the paper they put it with it that goes over the top of the vial and around the edges? Well, does the paper face the same way all the time?

never paid attention to that myself, so i wouldn't know. i do know that only some products come with a paper and some don't. The eq for example doesn't have a paper in it, but that doesn't mean it's fake!!
