Well I am not an expert and I know you are quite familiar with whta you are tlaking about, so Ill just give you my personal opinion. I started deads a while back and I really feel like my lower back has grown more yet my traps seem to grow their bets off heavy deads. I think I do like a power type dead where I seem to squat down a little deeper to get it then head up and go as hard as I can. The tension at the top for my traps is pretty intense. Id like to see others opnions. I dont think I would do it as a leg excersise personally unless I was focusing on a stiff-legged dead then maybe. But I think my hams get hit OK anyhow...We'll c...
