I was thinking about using slin as a bridge, and i know you do not need a script to purchase, but how much does humalin r, or humalog cost?

dangerous in ignorant hand no doubt. I plan to use 10uis pwo, with 100carbs and 50 grams of protein, and less than 2 grams of fat.

10iu of which insulin mix?

not all insulin is equal. lots of people dont know this, and think stealing their grandpa's insulin is a good idea. great way to wind up hypoglycaemic

Be carefull. I had a close call last week. Keep Glucose Tabs around. 10iu's seems like a bit much to start off with.
