Hi everyone, i'm new to the board and would like to say hello to everybody.

i would like to get your help on this question if i could. thanks

Ok well this is a fast question.

i get up at 5:00 a.m. do cardio for 45-50 minutes. i finish about 6:00a.m.

6:30 a.m. i go to work, i get a break and go to the gym at roughly 9:15- 9:30am.

heres my question. after i do my cardio do i just have a meal replacement drink and then go to work and then workout? or should i do cardio and eat a regular breakfast meal like oatmeal, eggs, some friut ect...

iam asking this because i hear so many different answers on what to eat in the morning before and after i do cardio and then workout. If you could help me out i'd really appreactiate it. thanks...h

hardbody99, If you're doing cardio on an empty stomach you should follow it up with your morning meal. i.e. Oatmeal, egg whites, etc...
