She is freaking ripped now, I mean huge and looks like a man. Has a shaved head and a goatee, looks like a biker. So yes, I think the answer to your question is trans-genders can get hormones prescribed, even test.

in america FTM's get prescribed test cypionate at 200mg every 10- 14 days. at least for the first 5 years. then they reduce it i think.
in the uk they get sustanon 250 every 14 days, i think also as above.
when i was in San Francisco over xmas, being a female of genderqueer appearance, the female doctor asked me if i wanted to get testosterone and gave me a leaflet of a clinic every thursday where to get it from. needless to say, when i move over there i'll be juicing that way
and i asked here if it would be ok for me as a brisih citizen to use the clinic she said yeah. i dont know if i'd have to pay, but it looked like a transgender community project, so i presume it would be based on income.
so yeah, it is time to stop avoiding the butch dykes i guess.
