I just got off the phone a while ago with a friend (person 1) of mine. He said that he just got off the phone with another guy we know (person 2). "Person 2" said that he just recieved a phone call from a DEA agent, telling him (person 2) that he was in big trouble and it was in his best interest to work with them. The agent said that he had him (person 2) linked into a drug conspiracy. The guy we know hasn't dealt with drugs in two years. It sounds kind of shady to me. If they had evidence on him in a conspiracy case from two years ago, wouldn't they have prosecuted him then, when they had all of the evidence??? Also, why would the DEA agent call his house to tell him this, and not come arrest him instead???

THAT HAPPENED TO ME TOO, AND WHEN I FOUND OUT WHO IT WAS........LETS JUST SAY HE HAD TO EAT HIS BIG MAC THRU A STRAW.;) I KNEW IT WAS BULL SHIT, AND HE TOLD A BUDDY THAT HE WAS GOING TO SAY I WAS A DRUG DEALER JUST TO BE A DINK, AND WHAT A MISTAKE IT WAS FOR HIM. WE HAVE NOT LIKED EACH OTHER FOR A WHILE AND HE NEEDED TO BE AN ASS I GUESS.

Did this guy pretend to be the DEA? Or did he call the DEA on you saying you were involved with drugs?

Either way, that's pretty fucked up. I don't blame you for taking him out.

Peace,

here is what the DEA agent is probably doing.

the agent wants to arrest someone, but he needs your friends help. the agent knows your friend is involved in drugs and/or won't help voluntarily, but the agent doesn't have enough evidence to blackmail your friend into cooperating. so he calls your friend and says 'we know all about your drug deals' so your friend spills his guts, thinking he is already caught & has nothing to lose by giving details, giving the DEA agent the evidence he needs to prosecute.

the dea agent takes this evidence, and uses it as blackmail to force your friend to cooperate with the DEA to capture someone else. after that they probably cut him a deal.

COPS ARE SNEAKY AS FUCK

It's bullshit, the next time the Dea calls your friend, have your friend tell the DEA that if they contact him again he's going to sue for harrasment.
