Can someone with good form on there dead lift help me out!

I am looking for tips on good form, it just doesnt feel right when compared to the form of the other fellas in the gym.

It would be helpful to know if you're a sumo or conventional deadlifter. If you're sumo, Bigguns15 most likely has a few videos posted in her training log that will help point you in the right direction. I'm sure others will provide more information soon. Keep practicing and you'll get it.
 
i need some more information.
1. do you pull conventional or sumo?
2. what feels wrong about your form?

some general tips for the deadlift are

1. sink your hips before you start the pull, more leg drive makes for a faster pull off the floor, and we all know the benifits of speed.
2. get the weight on your heels, you need to actually pull the bar back into you, its a leverage thing. if you SHOULDERS are behind the bar when your pulling you are doing it right. if not you will get on your toes and miss the big weights everytime.
3. keep you head up, this will help you with getting your shoulders behing the bar. remember your body goes where your head goes!
