First of all let me start by telling you my stats and predispostion.

5'11" 240 @12%bf I have always had a very high predispostion to gain fat.

my problem I am always done cutting cycle and weight loss type workouts. but now I want to do a bulking cycle and lifting routine. I have a good solid bulking cycle dbol sust and deca. with liquidex I am goign to use some cytomel too. I have a good solid clean diet of around 4000Kcal per day. but I am wondering what kind of workout programs you guys have. I really want to do two lifts a day 5 days per week. but a little stuck on how to break it up. Any help would be greatly apprecated.
 
I think Mustang likes the Max OT program, and there is a link somewhere that has what it is. He should see this post and give a link, or you can just search for it.

Yes. I really like the Max-Ot program and I have been using it for some time now with great results. They go into great detail and even have a sample mass diet. I do adjust the workouts a little to add in a couple more movments that I think may be missing but I pretty much keep the rest the same.
