Can someone help me with finding a reccomended program to get on?

I have done a lot of looking and found a lot of stuff. If you guys could reccomend a seperate squat and bench program that would be great. Also I do this at my school so I don't have a "box" to squat on so if you know one without box squats that is great also. I also don't have boards for bench otherwise I would do the metal militia bench routine.

Boxes are easy to come by. I use a milk crate.

Boards are cheap and easy to come by too.

I suggest that you check out the Training Methods sticky at the top of the page. Lots of good stuff there.

for box squats...i use those arobic steppers and stack them 4 high and they work really well. look at the training sticky. i would go with the basic 9 week westside program to start off. i made great gains off of it when i started and am still. it's a great program and later once you get it down you can change it up to suit your weaknesses.
