Can someone explain this to me please?

The HR at work said he doesn’t want to give me a position at work because I have a transfer in to go to another company store. (I don’t know why, the job isn’t hard to learn or do at all, everyone in the store knows this)

I Just found out he gave the position to this chick that I worked nights with, and she’s going into the army next month

I’ve been working here 5 months longer than her, and tried to get off night for like 4 months, she says one word and is not only off nights, but take the position that I applied for and have been wanting for about a month now.

Explain!!!!.....................The HR manager is gay btw before you say it’s because she’s cute or something

crazy man, as soon as I started reading it I though "guy HR? must be geigh" and it was true.

I'd be really really pissed off. I dont think anything besides 'favoratism' explains the situation accurately.

EXACTLY MAN, or for some reason he doesnt know shes going into the military in 3 weeks to a month, which he will know tomarrow when i let him have it...if that's not the case i'm going to make a call to the top dogs in atlanta and share some information
