Can it be? a Clen allergic reaction?

Can it be an allergic reaction to Clenbuterol if you dont immediatly get it? Or in a few days? Last time I took it I got small bumps all over my hands and feet about 5 days in. This time im trying it again and didn't get anything immediatly either ( day 2). Why is this?
