just a question my goals for this cyc is to get down to 6-7% and put on about 5-10lbs of LBM while being on a caloric deficiency diet. Now I know there's alot of variables different to everyone and also depending on diet,workout,etc... I tell my plan I'm on a 2000 cal diet sun-thurs and 3000-3500 diet fri and sat mostly raise carbs fri & sat still using clean foods and low glycemic carbs except for mild cheats but sun-thurs day clean as hell. I'm getting 225-250 g of pro ed. Ok my workout is like this 1 wk of fast pace full body circuit functional core training(damn that was long) and then 2 wks followed by hypertrophy isolation bodybuilding and so on I probably just do full body circuit at the end to help cut the last bit of fat unless this plan works fine and I also might ad cardio even though the full body is kicking my ass(still boxing too)I'm working out 5 days awk off thurs.& sun. well,there you go a bunch of shit lol so what you think can I drop 2% and put on 10lbs with this cyc and plan huh?
