can i mix my protein and creatine?

I have the optimum protein and american creatine, can i mix them both in skim milk together, or mix them seperately using the creatine with juice (liquid not gear )?

yes, mix them, they put creatine with protein bars now days, just drink some water after!

Taking creatine with carbs (simple sugar) is the best way. And don't forget to drink some water after it.

i would avoid it and use the creatine w/ simple sugars to get the highest insulin response that will drive the creatine into the muscles-josh
