Can I microwave chicken?

Other than it tasting like sheot, IMO, I don't think it does much to the protein.

Have you tried the George Foreman Grill? It works great.

I just heard that if you cook it in a microwaveble pot with the lid on it'll be more tender.

Advantium Oven by GE. Tastes Great, moist and in a quarter of the time. Size of a microwave oven on top of the stove.

It tastes ok if you season it well and cover it with wax paper to keep the moisture in. I cook it in the microwave when I'm short on time.
