Yea health looks to be on course now, it was a trying 6 months. My imune system has stabilized nicely,. I am back too lifting like the old days, deads ect,.

I'm about 190 pounds, but I look solid, with a pump you would tag me as a competition BB minus the chicken legs. I will take pictures next week,.
