Can I get some help / tips?

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to all this and need a little bit of help....
I'm 5 foot 10, and am overweight at 185...
I'm currently on Xenadrine and a workout schedual that looks like this:
Mon, Wed, Fri: Workout
Tues, Thurs: Cardio
I'm eating better...usually a healthy snack for lunch and a salad with no dressing for dinner. (NO Cheat Days)
I'm noticing my face/body begining to look slimmer and I have more energy lately...Just wondering if you guys had any tips / recommendations for me?
I'm at school and I have absolutely NO money to buy food...I'm stuck eating in the dining hall which is why I usually get salads...

Any help / thought / comments / tips, whatever would be greatly appreciated!

cans of chicken or tuna make good snacks. you should be able to get those. there not expensive at all. im in college too, and my parents get me stuff from costco on occasion. like beef jerky, peanuts, and chicken and tuna.
you should eat more often if you can, even if its a small snack. every couple of hours you should have something in your system to keep your metabolism going. good luck, and welcome to the board.
