Can I get a 2nd opinion on my weightloss stack?

Hey folks:

First, lets knock out some stats:

Gender: M
Age: 30
Weight: 365
Height: 6'4"
Fat %age: Unknown (a bit above 30% tho)
BP: 130/85 (bounces around in the 120's.. doctors call me 'pre hypertensive')
Cholesterol: 110LDL, 30HDL (go good genes and healthy eating)

So. I am a fairly healthy dude except for the weight. I cardio for 40 minutes 5x a week (keeping my HR ~160-170BPM), and lift 2-3x a week but haven't been seeing much benefit at all. My diet is okay, I hover around 2000cals but working in computers I put in a long of long hard sitting hours.

Anyway, I am doing what I can to try to wrangle the work situation and make it alot better, I am also going to tone down the amount/intensity of cardio I do (based on a personal trainers ideas) and bump up the lifting.

However, I am looking to start to leverage clen and maybe T3 to help boost my rather horrid metabolism:

Here's the stack I am going to rock:

Week 1:

Taper up to 160mcg of Clen (4 doses a day)
T3 25mcg

Week 2:
160mcg of clen a day
T3 25mcg
1mg ketotifin

Week 3:
See week 2, and upping T3 to 50mcg

Week 4:
See week 3, sans ketotifin

Week 5:
See week 2, no ketotifin (back down to 25mcg of T3)

Week 6:
Taper off of Clen, but keep taking T3, and ketotifin to get me right.

Basically I was going to go with a 6 week on, 6-8 week off cycle until I get where I want.

I know I need to take some extra taurine as your body burns through alot of that on Clen.

Some folks have warned me about taking T3 with out another Anabolic with it, but I haven't read much about that online.

Anyone have any more friendly advice?

I personally think you can lose quite a bit more weight with proper diet alone. Your body is in starvation mode. This is why you are not dropping as much fat as you'd like. 2000 kcal is way under eating for your stats. I weigh 150 pounds less than you and I'm dropping fat on 2500 kcal a day without any stims or thyrodials.

You need to really work on your diet before even considering these drugs. Can you post up an example of yout typical daily diet?

Above 30% BF?! You probably wont listen but I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you just sue the LIPOSHRED STACK (Lipoflame, Lipostim) IF ANYTHING for now! You def need to work on the diet, cardio, and lifting if you are that high in BF%. You dont want to be putting even more stress on your body with DRUGS at this point.

Thanks for the replies so far. I actually work with a dietitian on my diet and eat fairly low carb/low fat. My body chem has been a bit of a mystery for several specialists now (and a handful of personal trainers). Cardio, and all my chemicals are normal. My Thyroid chems are a little low, but not low enough they'd put me on synthoids.

I'll look into Liposhread stuff. Thanks!

i like your attitude and the way you've already started taking things into your own hands before considering the use of drugs. i just have one question, how long have you been dieting and exercising?

Years to be honest.. Hence why my cholesterol is so low and I can have really good stamina. Every time I am invited to togo the gym with my 'healthier looking' friends, I wind up kicking their butts because they cannot keep up ;)

you are not doing the right type of cardio. Doing at 170bpm burns up a greater percentage of muscle and lowers you metabolism as you lose the muscle mass.

You should do slow cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 5-6 times a week, 1hr sessions. Slow cardio means walking on treadmill at around 2.5mph or stairmaster on level 2. This type of cardio will burn a greater percentage of fat than muscle and will have less impact on slowing your metabolism.

You also need to work out with the goal to put on more muscle which will raise your metabolism.

Your goal now should be to get your body out of starvation by increasing calories to at least maintenance while lifting weights and focusing less on cardio.

It would also be a good idea to get blood work and see if you have low test or high estrogen. fixing those problems will help you alot

This makes sense.

I think you have the right kind of attitude for this and wish you the best of luck. Get your body out of starvation mode. Build some muscle to enhance your metabolism. Tighten up the focus of your cardio effort so as to target fat burning rather than just burning. I'm wary of giving you any kind of advice involving drugs other than to hold off. Until you have a much clearer understanding of what is going on with your body chems i don't think adding stuff to the mix is a good idea.

+1, one of the few that does...
